Gimmie S’more!
I am no statistician nor am I much of a gambler, but I’d feel pretty confident wagering a hefty sum based on my (totally non-scientific) hypothesis that absolutely no one is on a diet on these last couple of days before Christmas. This is celebration time! You’ve made it thru the holiday and are ready for the main event coming our way tomorrow. It’s time to let loose and in my house that means it’s time for s’mores. I love to cook and I love to entertain so it took some thought to figure out how to not spend the entire night in the kitchen when I have people over – which is why I love s’mores. Everyone cooks their own treat, so I get to enjoy my company while we all enjoy the gooey snack! I bought the Hershey’s S’mores Maker at Sam’s Club, which serves as a great cooking tool. Next I put out some trays and filled containers upon containers with marshmallows, graham crackers and, of course, a ton of Hershey’s chocolate.
I set out the skewers in pine cones and attached everyone’s name to their tool!
