Bored with dinner?

Fun little switch up!

Grab a board or even your cutting board and serve fun gourmet sandwiches and charcuterie tonight for dinner.
Play fun European music and make everybody at the table pick a European accent with which they must speak in for the rest of the meal.
P.S. You are going to want to video tape this one.
Here are a few great little sandwiches I came up with (you can choose any bread you like!):
Hummus and Crispy Shallots:
Cut the bread with cookie cutters into two bite sandwiches. Spread a thin layer of store bought hummus. Slice some shallots and bake them in the oven with some olive oil until lightly crispy.
Cucumber, Cream Cheese, and Chives:
Slice english cucumber into thin rounds. Spread the cream cheese on the bread and sprinkle with some chopped chives. Add cucumber slices.
Tomato, Avocado, and Orange Bell Pepper:
Slice the tomato into thin slices. Roast the orange peppers over the stove until the skin is charred. Peel the burnt skin off and cut into thin slices. Assemble the sandwich by spreading some goat cheese on one side of the bread and adding the veggies!
